The facility to make comments or suggestions does not grant any license to place inappropriate or irrelevant content on this web site. I define spam as any non sequitur or irrelevant comment or content not specifically pertinent to this site or its subject matter.

As this site is my personal property any spam placed on it can be construed as defacement of said property therefore offenders are subject to prosecution for vandalism or property damage.

The following information about spammers will be retained in perpetuity for possible civil and / or criminal prosecution (immediate or future).

• IP address
• Referrer address
• Search terms
• Cookies (regardless of source)
• Proxy addresses
• Packet data
• Browser type
• Operating system
• Pages visited, before, during and after leaving this site.
• All information pertaining to offender(s) is collected, personal or otherwise, without regard to due process of law.

ISP of offender will be served cease and desist or court order for purpose of suspension / revocation of internet access.

Hosting accounts (if applicable) of offender will be served cease and desist or court order for purpose of take down of any Internet presence offender may maintain with any hosting company. If offender or parent(s) of offender has business web site it may be subject to shut down.

Offenders will be required to pay for any financial loss arising from spam remediation including but not limited to lawyers fees, court costs, etc. Any time I spend on spam cleanup will be charged to offender at a rate of $100.00 USD per hour not including expenses (if any). Liens may be placed on assets of offender or offenders parents to extract payment.

I take great pleasure in persecuting spammers. If you spam this site you will suffer the consequences. Spammers or parents of spammers may expect no mercy whatsoever. I will prosecute (persecute) minors with the same zeal I would an adult.

If necessary I can and will block comments on every page of this site. Any action I take against offenders will be irrevocable. Expect no further warning.
